Cardio Tennis offers an intense work out for tennis players seeking to get fit and improve their tennis.
Join us on a Wednesday and Sunday for this high intensity / interval training, the perfect way to burn calories, improving speed, movement, co-ordination, all whilst having fun. Open to members and non-members of all abilities and fitness levels, come and enjoy a session!
Cardio Tennis is run in block sessions throughout the year.
